[K5PRO] Electrical Current on the Case - Security issue

Hello, i've got security concerns about the Fiio K5 Pro Device.

Here and Here2 People are talking about having a current up to 70V DC on the Case, even blowing a Fuse while conecting the Fiio to a PC.

Here3 you claim the Fiio K5 Pro is a Class II Device and "a numb feeling" while touching it is normal..

A Class II Device means that it's Electiric Parts are completly ISOLATET from any outer Parts like the Case so that there can never be any current on the Parts you can touch. Like you can read here
