Hi, I'm experience a serious issue with the neckband. After about 2 minutes of a phone call (where LC-BT2 is connected to my Windows 10 laptop), I'm not able to hear the other end. They can still hear me but my earbuds connected to LC-BT2 is totally muted. There is no sound, no noise whatsoever. I think there is a bug with the device firmware.
Do you guys have any mitigation for this issue yet?

Update: If I set my default speaker to Headset (FiiO LC-BT2 Hands-Free AG Audio), I can only play music for around 2 minutes before the earbuds go silent. This happens with two laptops I'm having. None of my other bluetooth devices has this issue. I also don't have this issue with a phone call.

When using as Bluetooth or usb dac for the computer? But we could not promise the compatibilty for microphone when using with computer.

Whe it is used as a bluetooth headset. As I updated above, when I set my computer default sound output to Headset (FiiO LC-BT2 Hands-Free AG Audio) I can only play music for 2 minutes before it goes completely quiet. This is not even in a call where the microphone kicks in.

An update, I ordered through Amazon and they offered me a replacement to the first one. I have exact same issue with the one arrived today. I'm sure this is a firmware issue. I do hope you guys can fix it before my return window

sound dropped out mid call on a PC (bluetooth)

people can hear me but i cant hear them.

FiiO support acknowledged the issue and let's hope for a firmware fix coming really soon.

Update 1: They sent me an firmware beta version 1.1 and it did not fix the issue Let's hope.

Hi!
I have the exact same problem with the LC-BT2. Hands free mode stops working after 1-2 minutes on Windows 10, making this unusable as a headset. If we can't expect a fix soon, I also have to return it, since the headset function is essential for me.

Hi , I tried the new FW, seems to be still issue ridden.

Samsung Galaxy s10, BT5.0, during call, I can't hear the other side at roughly around 2:XX. Redialing brought it back, but it was said that they can hear my voice, but it suddenly sounded very far away and it's as if I can't hear them.

You could not hear the other or they could not hear you correctly?

Please try to clear the pairing record by holding the volume+ -buttons for 5 seconds and reconnect for check?

The same with mine necklace (updated to 1.2): with iPhone XS, with MacBook Pro TouchBar 2018 (Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams).
On all of them after two minutes I stop to hear other side but they confirmed they can hear me.

As I did write, it is on 1.2 firmware (if there is any more latest, please send me a link). No any other sounds come to headset: if is just deaf. Switching completely off and on usually helps to resolve.
