M11 Pro Dead

Today I unpacked my new Fiio M11 Pro music player, and straight out of the box it was nonfucntional. The device did not charge or turn on. Did someone else experience this issue? Why would the device be broken?

try leave it on charger overnight. if it still not on then it is manufacturing issue. I called this DOA, dead on arrival.

I charged it over 5 hours, but it does not even respond to the charger. Still, will try to leave it 'charged' overnight and see how it goes.

Hello, I have the same problem with my fiio m11 bought in December. Just yesterday I did the same as the other colleague described, it is impossible to recover it. I have already sent an email with my data to your email.
Has the solution been found? it seems general
