Fiio M9 and M6 Wifi problems

I have a Fiio M9 for 2 days and I am delighted with its sound quality, before this I had a Fiio M6 that I returned to the seller for problems with the Wi-Fi connection, well, my new Fiio M9 also has problems with the Wi-Fi connection.The problem is that when you leave the player for a while (15 minutes is enough) and turn on the screen again, it does not connect to the network correctly. You have to restart the fiio so that it connects stably.I think it is a software problem because the same thing happened to me with the M6 ​​and the M9 and I tried 3 different Wi-Fi (home, office and mobile) and the same thing happens.I think when the android system goes to sleep something failsCould you please give a note to your engineers to review the problem and solve it?

I found this answer from you.

Still no response from Samsung ??
There will be a solution or it does not exist??

I think this is causing you many product returns and you should demand a solution from Samsung. Now I don´t know what to do with my new fiio M9.

Have you all having this issue tried to disable BT and see if that’s still an issue? Or irrespective of BT on or off still the same? I think Fiio has already responded in a thread that there is a hardware limitation of Samsung Exynos chip in M9 at least ( if I’am wrong here, apologize to Fiio) that yields sometimes this issue. Honestly, I tried and it works, wifi remains stable and re-connects after a deep sleep if the BT is off. Trying to keep them both or leaving the coverage of the home network ... you know the remedy, reboot ...

I have the same issue. gotta try beta firmware for m6...

latest firmware release doesnt solve the issue 1.0.4 but hope beta firmware helps with this sttuter wifi...

Yes I did. And I already update to 1.0.4 firmware on my m6. Please check it.

The problem is, with tidal... When pause a song and after 5, 6 or more minutes wifi disconnects and connects in a "loop" that doesn´t stop  until reboot all device.

Please try go into wifi settings, select the setting menu from the top right, select advanced and set Keep Wifi on During Sleep to Always.

This is one of the first things I tried... But no, doesn´t work.

Another example of this bug (may help to understand the problem). If I open tidal, the problem appears even if never used... let's say for a session, for example I open stock fiio music app for an hour and pause music for 5 minutes or less, the problem does'nt appears. But when the pause still for 5 minutes or more, even when i´m no longer using tidal, wifi disconnects and reconnects in a "bootloop" until reboot. When I stop tidal in apps settings (inside android config menu) the problem with wifi doesn't happen... Doesn´t happens either when unistalling tidal, but... this is not a "great deal" because one of the reasons for buying this DAP is this feature... ¿Right?

I already did it. But is no sense do it right now for pandemic. There is no sense. Wifi just fails too much. looks like a design problem. So annoying and dissapointment.
