Whenever I try to go into an album or artists folder i get kicked back to the root menu instead of being shown the music in that album. I have tried media library reset, factory reset, different sd cards, firmware updates and praying. the music can be accessed through the card browser but nothing can be played by catecory. Is my x5 roached?

A little bit more information after some personal troubleshooting.

The sd card is a samsung 512 gb that has passed a h2test and was formatted in the X5II

The card is typically removed from the player and put in a laptop.

I have had this card work in the player prior to this

Will occasionally work with mp3 files but acts up again when loaded with flac files.

Any help would be appreciated.
