Q: How to create the  inner playlists on X1 2nd gen?

A: When playing a track, press shortcut key(upper left on the wheel) to enable the shortcut menu bar. Click the second icon "⊕" to add the track to an existed playlist or create a new playlist then add to it.
In the Playlists screen, if you want to delete a playlist, first select the playlist by scrolling the wheel or pressing the previous/next button. Then press the shortcut button briefly, and a dustbin icon will appear. After that, press the OK button to delete it. Similarly, you can remove a certain track from a playlist by doing so. Doing this will only remove the track from a certain playlist, not delete it from the micro SD card.

Hello, is there a way to add a complete folder or an artist to a playlist?

If I am in the "folder display" and I press the option button, I can select Play or Delete. Let's add also "Add to playlist". The same for all category items.
It also would be great if the Album category could be shown not only as list, but also by album covers.

Was there an answer to the question about renaming inner playlists?  Or are we just left with Playlist 1, playlist 2 etc.?

Hi,
The internal playlists and external playlists are not the same, the internal list has its own special naming rules, which helps add and delete them easily; While the name of the external playlists are various, if both these 2 kinds of playlists are mixed together, the system may not tell the internal playlist from external playlists, then it can not make the appropriate action, and it will be easily cause the frozen issue on the X1II.
So, the inner playlists can not be renamed.
