Q: The power indicator light won't light while the E10K is detected normally by the computer.

A: It means the E10K has entered fault protection mode (e.g. because of DC output anomaly).Please disconnect USB cable and headphones and attempt connection at least 5 seconds later. If the issue is not resolved, please send the unit back to FiiO for servicing.
