Maybe X3 is waiting ...
Negatory. The device has no manual charging element to it. It will charge at whatever amperage it is fed (up to a max amount). There is no way through the settings or software (or hardware circuit) to make it charge at a specific rate. If you feed it more than 500 mA, it will charge at that rate. No regulator on the device itself.
The only regulation circuitry in the device (related to our discussion) is overcurrent, and time of charge (and of course low voltage. It is a Lipo after all). If the device is on charge too long, and is not full, it will shut off the charging circuit so as not overcharge it. |
